These Synthetic Turquoise Single Flared Plugs by Diablo Organics are carved from a synthetic turquoise material called Magnesite. These are available from 8g (3mm) up to 5/8″ (16mm). These are great for stretching or just for everyday wear. 

Magnesite is sourced from many regions of the world and belongs to the calcite group of minerals. Having the same hardness and texture of turquoise it is readily available and commonly used as a substitute for Turquoise in the jewelry industry.
