Returns & Exchanges Policy

Due to the intimate nature of body jewelry and strict hygiene standards, we can only accept returns on unworn items in their original, heat-sealed tamper-evident packaging. All returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery to qualify for a store credit or exchange.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your jewelry is still inside its original, unopened vacuum-sealed clear bag with the tamper-evident seal intact.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our team with your order number and photos of the sealed item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the sealed jewelry in a padded bubble mailer or a rigid box to prevent damage during transit back to our studio.

• 4.
  Final Inspection

  Once received, our sterilization experts will inspect the seal; if approved, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
